Baking is my jam! I may be all thumbs with a piping bag, but I still love to bake cakes and create beautiful desserts.

I love baking with fruits like kumquats, blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, pineapple and oranges, to name a few.

I have several wonderful Dutch oven cakes that are perfect for your next camping trip: the classic Campfire Dutch Oven Pineapple Upside Down Cake and the sophisticated Dutch Oven Lemon Blueberry Clafoutis.

My 14-year old daughter and I love creating unicorn cakes for any holiday, too! Our latest is an Easter bunny unicorn cake!
