Quick Bread, Muffin and Scone Recipes

If you love to bake like I do, then you love baking muffins, quick breads and scones. Here are some of my favorite bakes that are perfect for breakfast, brunch or a lightly sweet snack.

Not everything is laden with butter, as I love to bake with olive oil. So you'll find flavorful raspberry almond olive oil scones as well as savory kalamata olive rosemary bread.

I bake with regular flour, whole wheat flour and even almond meal for low carb options. And I bake with all kinds of fruits and vegetables from pumpkin, pomegranate, lemon, tomato, beets and corn!

My favorite treat on the list? This low carb gluten free pumpkin bread, made with almond butter.
