Red Wine Sangria

Sangria is refreshing and easy to prepare - perfect for parties! They make great popsicles, too! Recipe by Laura Bashar of Family Spice



  1. Mix in a large pitcher:
    • 3/4 L red wine
    • 5 cup cran-raspberry juice
    • 2 oz brandy
    • 1 oz dark rum
    • 1 oz Grand Marnier
    • 1 granny smith apple , chopped
    • 1 pear , chopped
    • 1 orange , sliced
    • 1/2 lime , sliced
  2. Chill for at least 3 hours and serve.

Serving Size: 1 cup

Serving Suggestions: What kind of wine should I use? Whatever you prefer! But, traditionally dry wines are used for Sangria. You can also use whatever fruit you have in season and add it to your Sangria.

Cooking Tips: Serve in liquid form or freeze into popsicles using dry ice.
