Ingredients
¼cupmarinated artichoke heartsdrained and thinly sliced
⅓cupfresh basiljulienned
⅓cupfresh mintjulienned
20slicesof mortadella
⅓cupfresh tarragon leaves
4tablespoonsun dried tomatoespacked in oil, drained and thinly sliced
4large radishesthinly sliced
5 ¼ozpackage of garlic and herb spreadable cheeselike Boursin or Alouette

Instructions
Lay pitas flat on a work surface.
Spread on half of each pita round with the cheese.
Add a layer of mortadella over the cheese, 4 slices per pita round.
Add herbs, radishes, sun dried tomatoes artichoke hearts and pepperoncini,.
Roll pita up and serve.
Notes
You can also use flat bread like lavash instead of pita.
