1avocadopeeled and seeded
2kiwi fruitspeeled and halved
2cupgreen grapes
1granny smith applepeeled and cored
½cupcrushed ice
½cupwater
¼cupfresh mint

Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Spoon out the flesh and place in a blender. Cut the kiwi in half and scoop out the flesh and add it to the blender. Add the remaining ingredients.
Blend everything until your mixture is smooth. Add more water, a tablespoon at a time, to thin out the smoothie, if needed. Divide into 4 glasses and serve.
Notes
You can also add banana to sweeten the smoothie. Great with protein powders, too!
