Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring the chocolate between increments.
Place a popsicle stick, lollipop stick or paper straw into each marshmallow. Dip the marshmallow halfway into the melted chocolate, rotating it to keep it smooth.
Dip into the sprinkles to cover the bottom, then roll the sides.
Place the marshmallow onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and repeat for the remaining marshmallows.
When finished, allow all marshmallows to chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
Notes
Cooking suggestions: You can also use candy melts or white chocolate. You can also use those extra large marshmallows, too. If you want to fully cover the marshmallow with chocolate, you will need more chocolate.
To store: Wrap them individually or put in a resealable bag or container. They should keep for 1-2 weeks.
