¾ozsekanjabin
½ozlemon juice
1raw egg white
¼cupice
1teaspoonPersian cucumbersshredded

Instructions
Combine vodka, Sekanjabin, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Add ice to the shaker and continue to shake vigorously.
Pour the drink into a glass, straining out the ice if you prefer.
