Ingredients
- 14 medium strawberries
- 4 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a blender combine strawberries, gin and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Moisten the rim of two highball glasses with lime or water.
- Line a small plate with salt. Dip glass rims into the salt.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour in cocktail.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to use a combination of fruits like strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. You can also use orange or lemon juice instead of lime.
