15ozgarbanzo beanscanned, drained
14ozartichoke heartscanned, quartered & drained of liquid
⅓cuplemon juice
⅓cuptahini
2garlic cloves
2tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1 ¼teaspoonitalian seasoning
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepperground
2tablespoonartichoke heartscanned, chopped
2tablespoonkalamata oliveschopped
1teaspoonextra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Purée garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
Spread hummus into a shallow serving bowl and garnish with additional artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, olive oil and Italian seasoning.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
