Ingredients
¼cupcoarse sea salt
healthy pinch of saffron threads

Instructions
Add saffron and sea salt in a mortar and pestle and grind until smooth.
If desired, add 1-2 drops of water as needed to bring out the vibrant yellow saffron color.
Allow salt to dry before transferring to a spice jar and seal closed.
Notes
TO STORE: Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool dark cabinet. It should last for a year or longer.
