Ingredients
1 750mlbottle of sparkling winechampagne, prosecco or rosé
Liqueurs like Grand MarnierCointreau, Chambord, Gin, Brandy, Bitters
Club sodaseltzer and/or sparkling cider
Juices like orangepomegranate, cranberry, peach, mango and pineapple
Simple syrupsplain or flavored
Cocktail shrubs
Sugar cubes
Fresh fruit like berriesoranges, apples, pomegranate, peaches, cucmbers
Fresh herbs like mintbasil, rosemary
Edible flowers like rose petalshibiscus and chamomile

Instructions
Chill the sparkling wine for at least 3 hours before serving. Place in a ice bucket or tub filled with ice.
Arrange liqueurs, juices, simple syrups, and shrubs on a table.
Place fresh fruits in small bowls with toothpicks or spoons on your table.
Set up the fresh herbs and edible flowers on a plate.
Arrange the champagne flutes and glassware on the table with small tray, for easy serving.
