Ingredients

avocado
peeled and seeded

fresh cilantro

cider vinegar

lime juice

coarse ground mustard

Instructions
In a blender, puree the avocado, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper together until smooth.
With the blender still on, slowly pour in the olive oil until dressing starts to whip and emulsify.
Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl and pour dressing over the top. Toss to combine.
Allow salad to sit 5-10 minutes prior to serving. Garnish the top with chopped green onion.
