Flat Iron Steak with Cuttingboard Sauce


Whether you preparing a flat iron steak or a filet, cut  steaks on a cutting board filled with fresh herbs, garlic and extra virgin olive oil for a delicious cutting board sauce.

Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

Cook your steaks on a grill or in a cast iron pan.

While steaks cook, chop green onions, herbs, garlic and jalapeño. Mix in lemon zest and olive oil.

Once steaks are done, slice  across the grain, letting the meat juices mix with herbs. Mix everything together.
