Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

The Barefoot Contessa does it again and Ina Garten Stuffed Mushrooms are perfectly stuffed and overstuffed with a delicious sausage cheese mix.

• Baby portobello mushrooms • Marsala wine • Olive oil • Italian sausage • Green onions • Garlic • Panko bread crumbs • Mascarpone cheese • Parmesan cheese • Parsley • Salt and pepper

Remove stems from the mushrooms and chop them up. Coat mushroom caps with marsala wine and olive oil.

Cook sausage until browned. Stir in remaining stuffing ingredients. Once sausage mixture is creamy, remove from heat.

Fill each mushroom with  sausage mixture. Once stuffed, place on a baking sheet.

Bake the mushrooms at 325ºF for 50 minutes, or until the stuffing is browned.
