Persian Potato Salad with Chicken

Salad Olivieh is a Persian potato salad studded with peas, dill pickles, eggs and chicken. It makes a wonderful appetizer or lunch.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: Potatoes Eggs Olive oil Chicken Lemon juice Dill pickles Peas Mayonnaise Salt & Pepper

Boil the peeled potatoes and eggs until cooked.

Combine chopped potatoes, chicken, pickles and peas.

Mix in chopped eggs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Mix in mayonnaise.
