Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese

Combine two classic comfort foods together to make this pulled pork mac and cheese with garlic panko. One amazing dinner the whole family will love!

• Macaroni • Pulled Pork • Butter • Olive oil • Panko breadcrumbs • Garlic • Parsley • All purpose flour • Milk • Cheddar cheese • Salt 

Boil water and cook your pasta until al dente. Drain in a colander and reserve

Melt butter with olive oil. Stir in crushed garlic and cook until lightly browned. Stir in panko crumbs and dried parsley. Transfer to a bowl and reserve.

Melt butter and stir in flour. Slowly whisk in milk and continue whisking until sauce thickens.

Stir in shredded cheese then remove from heat when cheese is completely melted. Stir in reserved macaroni and mix well.

Transfer macaroni to pan. Top with pulled pork and spread evenly. Top with panko. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
