Lemons & Citrus


No fancy dehydrator is needed to make your own dried lemon at home. This technique works for other citrus fruits, too!

Slice the lemons evenly, from ⅛ to ¼-inch thick.

Again, this works with all citrus fruits.

Bake in the oven on the lowest temperature until completely dry.

Drying times will vary depending on citrus you use.

Add to your hot tea, soups or stews. Even desserts!
