Cheesy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These cheesy crab stuffed mushrooms are over-flowing with a delicious crab filling and crunchy bread crumb topping that are so easy to whip up.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: Baby Bella Mushrooms Crab meat Breadcrumbs Mozzarella cheese Dijon mustard Parmesan cheese Parsley Lemon juice Hot sauce Salt and pepper Olive oil

Combine crab, dijon, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan and olive oil and set aside.

Remove mushroom stems and clean the shell that will hold the crab stuffing.

Stuff the mushrooms with 1 TBS of crab filling. Add an additional mound on top and press firmly.

Top with breadcrumb mixture and bake in a 375ºF oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
