Roasted Grape Lemonade

Roasted Grape Lemonade

Sweet roasted Muscato grapes paired with tart lemons make a lemonade that no child (or adult) can resist! Recipe by Laura Bashar of Family Spice



  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine in a bowl until coated evenly:
    • 9 oz Muscato grapes
    • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  3. Place grapes in one layer onto a baking sheet and roast until grapes soften, about 10 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, stir together in a large pitcher until combined:
    • 2 cup lemon juice
    • 4 cup water
    • 6 TBS granulated sugar
  5. When grapes have roasted, add to the lemonade.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled and flavors have melded, about 4 hours.
