Mango-Rum Smoothie

Smoothies aren't just for breakfast, and they definitely aren't just for kids! Recipe by Laura Bashar of Family Spice



  1. In a blender combine until smooth:
    • 1 mango , peeled & cut into cubes
    • 1 cup yogurt, plain Greek
    • 1/4 cup rum, white
    • 2 TBS Malibu Rum
    • 1/2 tsp candied ginger , diced
  2. Pour into desired glasses and serve with straws or small spoons.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup

Serving Suggestions: Serve in a regular glass or in small shot glasses (above pictured approximately 1/8 cup serving).

Cooking Tips: Depending on the yogurt you use, the smoothie can be thick. If you prefer to thin it out, add milk or more rum!
