CreamyArtichoke Dip

This appetizer is easy to whip up for a last minute cocktail party. Recipe adapted from Karen Platt



  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Drain and chop:
    • 28 oz artichoke hearts, canned
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together until combined:
    • 1 cup Parmesan cheese , shredded
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 4 garlic cloves , crushed
  4. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts
  5. Pour mixture into an oven safe dish and bake in the oven until bubbly 20-30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
