Orange Cream Smoothie

Smoothies make a nutritious breakfast or snack and they are so easy to make! Recipe by Laura Bashar of Family Spice



  1. Add in a blender:
    • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1 1/4 cup yogurt, plain
    • 1 banana , peeled
    • 1 1/2 TBS agave nectar , *
    • 1 tsp orange zest
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide evenly into 4 cups and serve.

Cooking Tips: If you do have some smoothie left over, make smoothie pops! Pour into small 3-5 oz. paper cups, stick a popsicle stick in it and freeze! Popsicles will be ready in 4-6 hours. If you're not going to eat them within 24 hours, put popsicles in a plastic freezer bag. You can also do this with leftover pudding, too * You can substitute agave nectar with honey.
