Leftover Pulled Pork Pizza

When you’ve got leftover pulled pork from the crockpot or the grill, create an easy family friendly meal with this fabulous leftover pulled pork pizza.

• Active dry yeast • Extra virgin olive oil • All purpose flour • Salt • Marinara sauce • Barbecue sauce • Corn meal • Shredded cheddar • Leftover pulled pork • Red onion • Cilantro • Arugula

Combine yeast and warm water. Wait until mixture is creamy, about 10 minutes, then stir in cold water and olive oil.

In a medium bowl mix flour and salt with a fork. Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture and mix til sticky dough forms.

Place dough on well-floured surface and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Place clean towel in a bowl and place dough ball in it. Cover with a towel and let it sit until double in size.

Scatter corn meal on a baking sheet and shape pizza dough. Spread marinara- bbq sauce evenly over dough and top with cheese, pork and onions.

Bake 10-15 minutes at 500ºF, or until  cheese is brown bubbly. Garnish with cilantro and arugula and serve.
