Avocado Kiwi Smoothie

Avocados aren't just for salads and dips. They can be added to smoothies to make this creamy and tangy drink. Recipe by Laura Bashar of Family Spice



  1. In a blender, purée until smooth:
    • 1 avocado , peeled with seed removed
    • 2 kiwi fruits , peeled and halved
    • 2 cup green grapes
    • 1 granny smith apple , peeled and cored
    • 1/2 cup ice , crushed
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup mint, fresh , loosely packed
  2. Divide into 4 glasses and serve.

Serving Size: 10 oz

Serving Suggestions: You can also add banana to sweeten the smoothie. Great with protein powders, too!
