Shrimp & Crab Louis Salad

This light yet filling salad is great for lunch, brunch or dinner. Recipe by Family Spice

Ingredients:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together:
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 TBS cocktail sauce
    • 1 TBS dijon mustard
    • 1 TBS lemon juice
    • 1 tsp lemon zest , grated
    • 1 TBS chives , chopped
    • 1/8 tsp salt
  2. In a large serving platter arrange:
    • 9 oz mixed salad greens , approx. 7 cups
  3. Top salad greens with:
    • 1/2 lb shrimp , cooked
    • 1/2 lb lump crabmeat , cooked
  4. Arrange around the salad:
    • 8 grape tomatoes
  5. Top with:
    • 1 TBS capers
  6. Serve salad with prepared dressing.
