Ebook Review of Terrific Twelve: Newlywed Recipes by @RecipeRenovator

When I first started blogging, I hid behind my computer and didn’t really get to know anyone else in my foodie community. I was busy with my young kids, and my quiet side hindered me from putting myself out there in real life. The computer and the blog kept me “safe”. The first blogging conference I attended was Camp Blogaway in 2011. My mind was simply blown apart. I not only learned so many amazing things I needed to do to take my blog to the next level, but I also made some amazing friendships with local bloggers.

One of those friendships was with Stephanie/Recipe Renovator. Stephanie is uber-talented, extremely generous and such a gracious woman. I have learned so much from her and have been thrilled to see her take her talents to amazing levels.

If you don’t know Stephanie, her recipes are all gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. I have had the privilege to eat her delicious cooking and can not believe that I ate vegan cheese and vegan yogurt and LIKED IT! Her diet was forced on her as she had health changes to make due to years of illness. Today, Stephanie is a firecracker, full of energy and advice. I’m thrilled to share with you her newest achievement.

Ebooks by Recipe Renovator

I have already shared with you Stephanie’s first ebook (Golden Angels) about losing her golden retriever, Buddy Girl. Well, Stephanie has also written two e-cookbooks. Her first is Terrific Twelve: Dairy Substitutes, Gluten-Free and Vegan. As I mentioned before, I have sampled her dairy substitutes and really can’t believe what she has been able to achieve.

Her second ebook is now out, Terrific Twelve: Newlywed Recipes. She has two versions of this ebook, one with “regular” recipes and the other gluten-free and vegan. The recipes compiled include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and entertaining. It makes a wonderful wedding gift and will help any newlywed couple start their cooking life together the right way. And it’s only $1.99 for the pdf, $2.99 for the enhanced iPad version.

I made her vegetable strata and it was dee-licious and hearty. I have never made a strata before, and I was thrilled at how easy it was to put together. And I totally stuffed it with vegetables! I kept leftovers in the fridge and had breakfast ready for the next day. For a mom, that’s a HUGE plus!

So, please stop by Recipe Renovator, browse a little and say hi. You’ll love all of Stephanie’s ebooks, and at $1.99, it’s a great deal and easily makes a wonderful gift!

  4. It is easy to hide behind the computer. We have an annual conference here in NZ but I haven’t gone yet.
The idea behind Stephanie’s latest book is a great one.

  5. Haha I thought you are talking about me! I’m still stuck behind the computer… but one day I’ll go find and meet you! 😀

Congratulations on the second cookbook, Stephanie! I’ve had GF dishes before and I couldn’t realize they were GF too. I have some friends who need GF recipes so I’m passing this link to them. 🙂
