Mango Protein Shake

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix until smooth and creamy:
    • 3 Ataulfo mango , peeled, seeded & cut into chunks
    • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain Greek
    • 1 cup milk, low-fat
    • 1/4 cup orange juice
    • 1 TBS honey
    • 1 banana
    • 2 oz protein powder , (about 1/4 cup)
  2. Divide evenly into four glasses and serve.
