Cooking Tips: If you do have some smoothie left over, make smoothie pops! Pour into small 3-5 oz. paper cups, stick a popsicle stick in it and freeze! Popsicles will be ready in 4-6 hours. If you're not going to eat them within 24 hours, put popsicles in a plastic freezer bag. You can also do this with leftover pudding, too * You can substitute agave nectar with honey.
